KidORCA gladly accepts orders from the US* and Canada.
We are pleased to offer a low-cost flat rate CAD $9 per order, regardless of order size.
All orders are currently processed out of BC, Canada and sent via Canada Post by standard shipping (3 to 12 business days depending on region**).
Please be sure that your address is complete and correct.
If you are not available at the address specified by you when the courier delivers your parcel, it will be left at the front door if the driver deems it to be safe, or alternatively at the nearest postal office for pick up. The courier will leave a note in your mailbox notifying you. If you are not contactable within 7 days, your parcel will be returned to KidORCA and our Customer Care team will attempt to contact you to arrange for alternate delivery.
You will receive an e-mail Order Confirmation within minutes of placing your order. Your order number will be included. We encourage you to save or print your e-mail Order Confirmation for your records. We will also e-mail you when your order ships and include tracking numbers so you will know exactly when to expect your order on your doorstep.
How to make changes in my order?
At KidORCA, we ship your order to you as quickly as possible. We take pride in our customer service and aim to send out your order within 48 business hours. If you need to make changes in your order, be sure to contact us by 11.59pm PST on the same day the order is placed. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once your order has reached our warehouse it cannot be changed.
How can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. You may cancel your order or parts of your order if it has not yet been dispatched by KidORCA.
KidORCA will provide a full refund for canceled orders.
We do not charge a cancellation fee. However, once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order. In this case please see our Return & Exchange Policy.
* Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders to the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the U.S. Customs. The recipient may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
