Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. KidORCA accepts returned items purchased on www.kidorca.com with a proof of purchase within 30 days from the delivery date.
We truly pride ourselves on our product and we are always looking for the ways to improve. With your input, we can continue to offer you the highest quality products and services, so please let us know what works best for you.
You will receive a refund for the price of the items and applicable taxes, excluding shipping and customs costs. Please note, we do not offer free returns, so return shipping is at cost of the customer. We advise using a reliable mail service that includes tracking; KidORCA is not responsible for items that are not received.
Items deemed defective will be replaced at no cost to you. Please consult our Warranty Policy for details.
If the return is because you have been sent an incorrect item, please contact us and quote your order number for assistance on the returns process. Customer Service will advise you on how to complete the Return Form and make suitable arrangements for return delivery and the reimbursement of such postage costs.
Once the warehouse team receives your package, please allow for 4 business days to process the return. Once completed, you will see a refund on your original method of payment.
Please ensure the following criteria are understood prior to mailing in your merchandise:
- All merchandise must be in its original condition (unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached)
- All merchandise must be in its original shoebox (undamaged)
- The proof of purchase must be provided (your order number or a copy of the receipt)
- Returns are not prepaid, the customer is responsible for return shipping
- All sale items are FINAL SALE (no returns or exchanges will be accepted)
If your a return does not meet the criteria above, KidORCA reserves the right to deny the return.
If your product is eligible for return, please complete the Return Form and mail your package to the relevant office.
If you purchased the item somewhere else other than our website, please contact the store and follow their return procedures.
Steps. How to return an item?
To return an item, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact our online store at email@example.com.
- Let us know the name of the item you’d like to return, your order number and the reason for return.
- Complete the Return Form. Include the completed form with your shipment.
- Place return item(s) in original shoebox. Your item(s) and the original shoebox must be undamaged to qualify for a return.
Place a shoebox in the original shipping envelope.
